Government Roofing Solutions
Protect the taxpayers’ investment.
A roofing system built for government facilities is designed to shield invaluable information from the elements. A FiberTite® roofing system is built for just such an application. We begin with the industry’s highest tensile polyester yarns, densely packed and knitted together to lay the strongest fabric foundation available in a roofing membrane. In addition, our heat-welded seam provides a molecular bond that is ten times stronger than an adhesive seam. These types of built-in strengths are what have allowed over 99% of the roofing systems we have ever installed to still be performing to this day – some of them are a quarter of a century old.
Superior formula for superior performance.
No other roofing membrane can match the formula for success that a FiberTite membrane provides. Our proprietary formula has the highest DuPont™ Elvaloy® KEE content, keeping our roofs flexible and protecting long beyond those of our competitors. A FiberTite membrane is flame resistant, that is to say it is self-extinguishing, adding an element of safety to your buildings that cannot be overstated. And because of the multiple systems available, you can put it down without interfering with the normal day-to-day operations that are common with government agencies. It’s the same base formula we have been using from the beginning, because unlike most of our competition – we got it right the first time.
Lowest life cycle cost.
The real cost of a roofing system is more than just the initial expense. The true cost has to be measured over the life of the roof. What are maintenance costs? What are the energy savings? How long will the roof last? All these components must be considered to understand the true roofing cost. It’s something called life cycle cost, and one of our representatives would be happy to demonstrate it for you. Whether it’s a new roof or a re-roofing project, FiberTite roofing systems are cost efficient and proven to require minimal maintenance and virtually no repair costs. In addition, FiberTite is both Energy Star and Cool Roof compliant and conforms to all LEED standards.
Take a look at the government buildings we’re already protecting.
Introduced on rooftops in Florida back in 1979, over 99% of FiberTite roofing systems ever installed across the U.S. are still protecting.
