"We have FiberTite installed on seven roofs in our school district. Our oldest FiberTite roof is the roof on the Jackson Street building in Millersburg. It is an excellent roof. No maintenance needed like the old roof. This allows me to spend more time on other maintenance issues. I need that extra time with budget cuts and reduced staff."

"In the 28 years we have installed FiberTite Roofing Systems, we have not experienced a single failure. No other product in our wide array of offerings can match that claim."

"Our roof has held up really well. The only thing we do to maintain it is make sure the gutters are clean. It is pretty much a hands-off product."

"In the 20 years that we’ve been using it, I've never had a material failure or problem with FiberTite. We have it on all types of commercial buildings. Most of our FiberTite customers are repeat customers. Once they get one roof, they're hooked. We call it 'simply the best'."

"All of our buildings at Windward Bay, Inc. have FiberTite roofs. We have seven mid-rise, four-story buildings and seven villa buildings for 151 units total. The roofs vary in age, dating back to 1984. We have never had to replace any of them. FiberTite is one of the best roofs that I've seen hold up in this geographical location."

"FiberTite is a very good product. I've worked here in maintenance for 34 years. We haven't done anything to our FiberTite roof and it doesn't leak."

"We replaced a failing built up roof on our facility with FiberTite in 1984. At that time, FiberTite was a relatively new product, but we thought it would be a viable economic solution. The roof has performed extremely well for us over the years. The only maintenance I've had to perform is clearing debris from the rooftop occasionally. I have been so pleased with the product that when Hurricane Wilma damaged the existing roofs on three of the condominium complex buildings where we vacation in Florida, I convinced the owners to replace the damaged roofs with FiberTite."

"FiberTite’s overall performance has been excellent. In Menomonee Falls, we get hail, we get snow, sub-zero temperatures and hot summers – we get everything. But nothing has harmed this membrane."

"The Loudonville - Perrysville Schools installed FiberTite on the C.E. Budd School in Loudonville, Ohio in 1984. It was selected as a roofing material to replace the original built up roofing system that had failed in many areas of the building. At the time, the FiberTite membrane only carried a 10-year warranty, however, this material is still protecting the building after 25 years. We have found the product to be more than satisfactory for its intended use."
